Mission Statement

ATUCO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the City of Carson, California.  Originally founded in 1998 by a group of forward-thinking men who were committed to  enhancing the lives of youth in the community, ATUCO has a long-standing history of  dedication, service, and community engagement. After years of consistent effort and  impactful contributions, the organization was formally incorporated as a non-profit in  February 2015, solidifying its mission and vision.  

Today, ATUCO continues to thrive, hosting annual fundraisers and community events  that enable the organization to make meaningful contributions while remaining steadfast  in its commitment to serving youth and the broader community in alignment with its  mission below. 

To provide meaningful support to at-risk and underserved individuals and  groups by delivering the resources, guidance, and assistance necessary  to overcome personal and systemic challenges, improve their quality of  life, and realize their full potential. We are committed to fostering  resilience, nurturing growth, and creating opportunities that empower  youth and other vulnerable community members to thrive. 

Through active  engagement, collaboration with local partners, and the dedication of our  members, we strive to make a lasting and measurable impact on the lives  of those we serve. In carrying forward the noble legacy of ATUCO’s  founders, we aim not only to address immediate needs, but also to build a  foundation for sustainable development, personal empowerment, and  stronger, more vibrant communities.
